Stevenson Ranch, California (in the 91381 ZIP Code) is a Los
Angeles County, USA unincorporated community west of Santa Clarita
a few miles south of Six Flags Magic Mountain amusement park.
It is a growing community north of the San Fernando Valley and
Greater Los Angeles Area located in the foothills of the Santa
Susana Mountains. It has many new suburban one and two story houses
in new developments. The area encompasses about 4,000 acres (16
km²). About 1,000 acres (4 km²) are set aside as parks,
recreation areas and open space.The Stevenson Ranch Town Council
meets regularly to solve the challenges of the growing community.
The newest community in Santa Clarita, Stevenson Ranch is set
in the foothills of the Santa Susana Mountains and lies west of
the I-5 freeway. Stevenson Ranch consists of 4,000 acres (16 km²)
of rolling hills offering a variety of homes designed to meet
