How much does the class cost?

Total Cost:  Salesperson $299

                       Broker $399

Am I guaranteed to pass?

There are no guarantees. If the student fails the state exam, he/she may retake the next class free of charge.

Where are the classes offered?

1750 South King Street

Is there parking?

There are two parking lots, both located at Young Street where students can park for free.  Parking underneath the Premier Realty 2000 building is prohibited.  See course brochure for parking maps.

Can I get a job with your company?

We offer no guarantees. The class is offered as an educational opportunity. Students may inquire of any job opportunities after the class is completed.

What if an emergency occurs while the class is in session?

Case by case situation analysis.

Do we offer financing?

No.

When do I get results from taking the class final?

You can get your test results the same day or within three days of taking the class final.

Are breaks allowed?

Yes. There are 10 minute breaks after each hour.  Lunch breaks are (1/2 hour) during Saturday classes.

Will the class teach sales techniques?

No. Strictly real estate applications.
