Please register as soon as possible.  If you wait until class starts, the class may be filled and you may not be admitted.  Once you register you are assured a place in class and will receive NO further notification, unless the class is canceled.

I understand and agree to the following:  That payment of the above fees entitles me to 45 hours of classroom instruction for the Pre-License course or 80 hours of classroom instruction for the Broker course, and a copy of the text book, Principles and Practices of Hawaiian Real Estate.  A non-refundable registration fee of $15.00 and a partial payment of $30.00 at the time of registration that will allow me to receive the textbook prior to beginning the session must accompany this application.

 

If I should withdraw from the school at any time, I am required to notify the school in writing and from the date the School receives notification.  I will be refunded the tuition on a pro-rata basis, up through the 3^rd class session only, less the $15.00 registration fee and $30.00 book costs.  No refunds will be given after the third session.  Students who drop out of class automatically forfeit any refund.

 

I understand I will not be certified unless I have attended 45 hours of instruction and have passed the final examination from Premier Realty 2000 with at least 70% for the Pre-License Course and 48 hours of instruction and have passed the final examination with at least 75% on each of the two sections of the test for the Broker Course.  The school will notify me of this no later than 3 business days after I have taken the final exam.

 

I must take the School final exam on the date and time it is scheduled for my class session, not at another time.  If I fail to take the exam to show up for the exam, forfeit the right to take any exam at a later date.  If I fail the School final exam, I may attend the School one additional time free of charge as long as it is done at the next class only.  I will be allowed to retake the School final exam only one time, with the next class, free of charge.  To reserve a seat in the next class, a “retake” reservation must be made prior to the first session of the next class.  A “retake” of the final exam does not apply to students who drop out and/or do not show up for the final exam.

 

Premier Realty 2000 reserves the right to cancel a class if there are less than 5 students.  Students registered for a cancelled class may attend any other class or receive a full tuition reimbursement if the class is cancelled.
