About Lake Forest
Lake Forest is a planned community that was once
a stagecoach stop between Los Angeles and San Diego. The community
then called "El Toro" was in fact formed after WWII with the help
of the El Toro Marine Base. Lake Forest became a city in the early
1990's, and now prides itself on having the first of Orange County's
historical parks by establishing Heritage Hill; the park was created
to preserve Lake Forest's vibrant history. The community is at
the perfect vantage point between the Interstate 5 and 405 freeways,

The Saddleback Valley Unified School
District (SVUSD) is the county's fourth largest school district.
The District provides a highly regarded educational program to
over 35,000 students from its attendance area in South Orange
County. SVUSD emphasizes the development of basic skills to form
